14/3/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of sweet toffee and apple, light vanilla and wood. Heavy sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet, dry and slightly tart finish.

750ml bottle from Beer Hawk. Golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of caramel, toffee, apple. Taste is sweet, toffee, caramel, along with fruity apple and alittle tart citric note. Light bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. OK flavoured cider.

500ml bottle. Hazy yellow gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pear, some vinegary funk. Taste is sweet pears, woody, some initial biscuity & cardboard notes, syrup sweetness, juicy, alittle funk and tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet peary finish. OK, very sweet, some initial oxidised notes

Taste is sweet, rhubarb, fruity, floral, juicy apple, fleshy with some apple skin & core, vanilla, and sugar syrupy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet juicy sugary finish. OK

330ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away to a thin rim and aroma of caramel, mellow baked apple. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, fruity and fleshy, with caramel, baked apple and some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

330ml bottle. Pours a generally clear gold. Strange leathery herbal green apple nose. Taste is distinctly rich, very sweet, syrupy caramel.. Not taken to this I'm afraid.

330ml bottle. Bright golden colour, white foamy head that gradually disspates away and aroma of zesty, citric, hop, tobacco, tart apple. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, cooked apple, some apple core, caramel note, with some tobacco hints and light citric hop. Quite drinkable.

Bladder bag from their stall at Sandwich food and drink festival, 18/05/19. Clear golden topped with a few bubbles. Nose is dusty apples, hay bale, earthy, wood. Taste comprises apple orchard, tannins, apple core, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, big fuck off drying close. Ok but felt short changed on the hefty ABV in terms of depth of flavour delivered.

Bladder bag from their stall at Sandwich food and drink festival, 18/05/19. Clouded pale yellow with a small crown of bubbles. Nose is ripe pear, herb, straw. Taste comprises sweet pear, grass, light spice, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent perry ... good balance with the nettle content.
