Tasting at Matt’s
Hazy blond color, compact head. More a Brett Pale Ale than an IPA, it has a spicy touch, and strong resiny hops.
Very good.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal notes, light dry hopping and a touch of funk. Flavour is quite complex, bready and cereal malt, some funk, and some light fruitiness. Dry, but still juicy and fruity a bit. Good stuff.

Bottle - Fruit and floral with a sweet yeasty notes. Hazy gold with a nice white head. Sweet and light eatery fruity noted. Perfumy, light and effervescent.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy pale blond color with generous head. The aroma is nice, spicy, fresh, flowery. Dry, highly carbonated, a bit spicy, but also some plastic; not as bad as sweet American Saisons, not as good as Belgian Saisons.

12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and bready notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of Belgian yeast and bready malt. Quite spicy and fairly aggressively carbonated. Well-constructed, but not particularly complex. Solid.

Cloudy, tan, big head. Big abundant passion fruit, papaya and pommelo. Three Ps. Refreshing, fruity, lots of bitterness.

Cloudy pale. Big aroma of port, deep fruitiness. Cant stop sniffing this. Sweet, vinous, there’s a bit of a clash, actually between saison fruits and vinous character.

Dark brown, thick head. The aroma is subtly fruity, sweet, nice chocolatey taste and good balance.

Bottle from Firma Bier, BB Nov 2016, large sample. Cloduy golden color with a pinkish glow, huge rocky head. Aroma of fruit juice, bit grainy wheat, slight tartness, cassis. Slight grainy sweetness in taste, cassis like dark fruit, slight tartness, bit dry. Bit thin in body. Mediocre at best.
