Dark brown, has a nose of chocolate and sweeter malts. Bit thin, not much malt development. Disappointing.

Bottle. Golden colour, thin head. Has light diacetyl on the nose, some fresh pale malt on the palate. Mellow hops, but overall good pils.

Stark karbonisierter Beginn mit natürlichem Himbeeraroma. Hell, leicht hefig, spritzig. Mit der Zeit lässt die Fruchtigkeit etwas nach, das Bier bleibt spritzig, leicht erdig, kurzer Nachhall. 7/11/8/11/11/11

Bottle. W/ brett. Delicious clean sour. Light peachy/apricotty flavours, balanced brett and sweetness. Just a nice basic sour, the kind you can drink a lot of.

@ Hop’n Roll. Hazy light amber. Lots of citrus hop, body is a bit thin but this kind of outhops its problems.

Slightly unclear medium golden colour, good two finger fluffy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Fruity nose, pale malts, orange, passion fruit, light sourish. Flavour medium sweet, light to medium bitter, malty, fruity, spicy notes, with long duration. Mild bittersweet finish, fruity and spicy notes, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. No brett is this one, pleasant fruity pale ale though.

Keg at Craft Islington. It pours darkest brown near black with a decent tan head. The aroma is rich roast, dark chocolate, treacle, eccles cake, plum pudding, fig and earth. The taste is rich, slick, charred wood, earth, alcohol warmth, decent roast, liquorice, fruit cake, decent hit of acidity, umami and malt loaf with a smooth, boosty finish. Full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Plenty of flavour, but very boosty and a touch acidic. Ok.
