Tap, Domus. Slightly hazy amber color, medium head. Aroma of caramel, lightly roasted malt, slightly fruity. Malty taste, also hopbitter. Good balance. Very nice amber ale.

Tap, Domus. Unfiltered pilsener. Slightly hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma is quite hoppy. Bitter taste and bitter lasting palate. Nice refreshing beer.

(On tap) Caramel coloured, caramel in the nose, but...sherry in the flavours! Oh yes, this is a sherry beer indeed... Brownish head, slightly sweet and nutty, rather low in carbonation. But lovely. 180501

Amber coloured beer with a malty nose. Low carbonation, small head. Slightly smoked notes. Very smooth and pleasant, not much bitterness but a discreet, sweet finish. 180501

(Bottle 100 cl) Pale golden, hazy with a lacing head. Very flowery nose, with bitter hops dominating all the way through and lingering on the palate. Grasy, hoppy notes. A lovely crisp pilsener, that reminds me of of a quality classic German pilsener. 280598

Draught Pale yellow, very little rim of white foam. Rhubarb, and some spice, bit of sweet malt nose. Quite sweet taste, bit fruity, malty beer. Sweet & ambrée malts - spicey finish. Medium bodied, good carbonation, not fizzy. Bit fade , but way better than what they usually get from Maes. OK drinking beer; still prefer their pilsener.

Still to be found - but rare... Already 12 yrs old Pale amber, totally clear; nearly no head. Typical hay nose, cookies & biscuit, nut, whisky malt. Dry biscuit taste, parsley, oxidation, grassy and sherry flavours. Very light bodied, slickness, typical for an aged beer. This won’t be everybody’s favourite anymore - hooked on the oxydised taste I rather like it.

Draught at the pub Off-white creamy head. Excellent lace. Deep brown body. Nice looks, cries to be drunk. Fresh, lightly fruity aroma of red fruit and malts. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour with some more bitterness appearing in the end. Quite well balanced but not sublime. Not very complex and quite low bodied, especially for it’s ABV.
