Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 15, 2019. Aroma is fruity with pear, stone fruit, tropical fruit and dank resin notes. Light malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, golden orange with a fairly large, thick, pillowy white head that slowly recedes. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium malt notes of cracker and light caramel. Moderately strong bitterness and a faint alcohol note. Hop flavors of citrus, pine, dank resin, and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent IPA but I'm not the biggest fan of this hop's flavor. I like the aroma, but the flavor is a bit too dank and piney. Decent malt notes, though a bit maltier than I prefer.

Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a moderately large, thick, frothy white head that slowly collapses in on itself leaving thin clumps on the edges. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker malt notes as well as fainter biscuit and hints of light caramel. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of mango, lychee, pear, pine, grapefruit and orange. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice IPA. Solid hop notes that work well with the malt profile that is a bit more prevalent than in your typical hazy IPA.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 25, 2019. Aroma is hop forward with mango, melon, grapefruit, pine and dank resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and a faint alcohol note. Pours a rather hazy, dull, golden straw color with a fairly large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Fairly high amounts of lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a medium light cracker malt note. Pretty high bitterness with a hint of alcohol. Moderately strong hop notes of mango, grapefruit, pine and dank resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent hazy IPA. It's definitely more dank than juicy and has a bit more assertive bitterness than I would have expected. In the flavor the Mosaic hops are a bit hidden compared to the Moutere and Centennial.

Pours a brilliantly clear, golden color with a medium large, moderately thick, frothy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges for some time before disappearing. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with moderate grain notes. Light bitterness with medium light herbal, woodsy hop notes. Light fruity and floral esters. Dry finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a kolsch isn't my go to style, but this is easy drinking and clean.

Pours a slightly hazy, cloudy, yellow gold with a medium sized, thick, pillowy white head that slowly recedes to a small film that lingers on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes and a bit of dryness in the finish. High, but not biting bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Medium light fruity esters with stone fruit most prevalent. Moderately strong hop notes of tropical fruit, citrus and resin. Mango, papaya, orange and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice IPA. I do wish they would dial back the esters a bit and let the hops do a bit more of the talking.

Poured from a can dated February 11, 2019. Aroma is full on Nelson hops. Lots of white wine notes and gooseberry with a light peppery note and a bit of grassiness. Fairly fruity with a light cracker malt backbone. Pours a fairly hazy, dull, golden orange with a medium large to large, fluffy, white head that shows nice retention as it slowly recedes to a small head that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a medium light cracker malt note. Fairly strong bitterness with a light alcohol notes in the finish. Fruity esters with fairly strong hop notes as well. Lots of white wine and tropical fruit. Light citrus notes and a bit of a peppery, woodsy finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low, but present alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty decent IPA. I wish the gooseberry notes of the nelson profile came through a bit more in the flavor though. Solid but not top of it's class.
