Can. Black beer with a light brown head. Roast and chocolate aroma with vanilla. Chocolate and vanilla flavor with burnt sugar and light lactose. Medium-plus bodied. Chocolate, vanilla, and caramel linger with torched sugar and light lactose. Creme brulee notes throughout the taste.

16Oz pour, on-tap in a HH Cottons (San Clemente) on 18th December 2021. Almost clear golden body, lasting white head. Hoppy nose and taste, citrus leanings, but not overly powerful, nice balance from the malt bill.
