Delahunt 500ml bottle, waxed cap, bottle number 234 of 330. Obtained from O'Shea's in Laguna Niguel. This is most likely the best beer I've ever had. Poured into a beautiful Kasteel glass (twice) at daughters on 6th September 2025. Very dark brown, no head really, looked a little moody and mean. Aroma of boozy goodness with a nutty, almond soaked in plumbs and port wine, add more alcohol. The taste simmers with rich dark fruits and alcohol oozing out of every corner, it's just a joy to behold if you like the sort of beer smoking jackets and open fires were designed for, loved it! It's so good I went back to O'Shea's and bought another six bottles to age even more today (7th September 2025). One bottle didn't get to age, #78 got drank on 7th September! On 20th March 2026 bottle #29 was sank by me too.

On a three beer flight in the Pizza Store by OC Local; 5th September 2025. Bright golden orange body, white crust. Nice blend of citrus and piney hops over a decent malty backbone, best beer on the first flight!

Part of a three beer flight in The Pizza Store by OC Local on 23rd April 2025. Slight haze in the light golden body, wispy white affair on top. This is a dry and refreshing Pilsner and like most Italian versions it's not got a lot of an aroma or actual flavour.

On a three beer flight in The Pizza Store by OC Local on 23rd April 2025. Opaque yellow body, white topping. Loads citrus fruit aromas and flavours, leaning towards the sweeter end of the spectrum. Soft, smooth body.

US Pint, draft in a Beach Hut Deli on 28th March 2025. Looked good, a dark brown body under a smooth foam head of beige bubbles. Nice bitterness and a slight malty undertone, far too cold for my liking, but as it warmed in the glass it became very pleasant.

US pint can in Laguna Hills on 25th March 2025, poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass at my daughters. She had been given the can by a friend and kept it for me to try. Clean (almost) light golden body, tight white head. Citrus hop like aroma and taste, refreshing and 'crisp', liked it.
