[ As Solvay Society Tritium ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, rye ! light cookie, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, pink pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, pink pepper, belgium yeast - saison yeast, rye, cookie. Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. Plenty of bubblegum esters. Little dry floralness. Light dry finish. Too estery.

Keg at MK VHX, 20/11/18. Pale yellow golden with an off white cap. Nose is mellow brett, soft fruits, grass, stale bread, lemon rind, light perfumed dung. Taste comprises citric peel, on the turn melon, brett pangs, hay bale, light yeast esters, touch of funk and barnyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Nice easy drinking bretted number.

Keg at Mother Kelly's - Well Street. Pours clear gold with a thin, creamy white head. Nice dry funk in the nose, pale wood. Lightly sweet with soft funk, salt, lemonybtabg, light grassy bitterness, nips of melon. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation - the condition could be better. Tangy finish, dry and woody and moderately bitter, more grass and lemon. Not bad.

On tap at Thomas Tallis Canterbury. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Belgian yeast esters aroma. banana flavour in the mouth. light spicy hop finish. drinkable enough. Decent stab at a standard Belgian blond. bit too banana.
