Bottle. Lemon, banana, yeast, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with small head. Lemon/banana and wheat malt flavor with a strong clove/coriander finish. Decent weizen on the spicy side.

Dark amber color, hazy, with a generous creamy head. The aroma is a good mix of malt, caramel, hops; creamy. Good caramel flavor, sweet; correct bitterness, but a bit dusty in the end. I perceive it as a Strong Ale with American hopping, imperfect Barley Wine.

the NM tick courtesy of a trade. Bottle, pours a dark red with a tall frothy light tan head. Great sugary nose of sugar cane, alcohol, brown sugar, and yeast. Sweet malty base with some carmel and toasted malt flavors. Brown sugar and a cardomine spice....strange but nice. Ends with a lingering yeasty sweet/sourness. Reminds me more of a belgian strong ale. Either way, it’s a fine beer.

Bottle #1458 shared by daknole. Pours cloudy orange color with off white head. Lots of pine and citrus in the aroma. Sweet and bitter hoppy flavors. Medium to full body with average carbonation.

This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange-caramel color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma was dryish fruity hops and notes of caramel and nut. The flavor was dry, sour and tangy with noted nutty maltiness and moderate fruity hops that were a touch rough. The finish was long, tangy and fruity with a touch of caramel. Medium body.

Bottle from ericandersnavy - thanks! Pours ruby/brown with no head. Smells like roasted caramel of the brown ale type. Medum body with very smooth carbonation. Flavor is roast malt with very mild hop. Finishes quite smooth with a touch of chocolate. Washing down a hot link very well.

Bottle: thanks to ericandersnavy. Again. Hazy golden color with a foamy white head. Aromas of banana, yeast/spice, subtle clove and a hint of honey. Near medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is spicey, wheat, banana and clove. Fairly straightforward hefeweizen. Finish is towards mild clove. There is a banana ester aroma suggesting a Belgian ale. Not the usual n-amyl acetate. Something slightly different.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Thanks once more. Pours really dark, but there are ruby glints on the edges. Quite a good tan head. Aroma is sort of mildly sweetish, nutty, chocolate. Medium plus body with rather creamy carbonation. Flavor is fresh, mildly fruity, and is something like a sweet stout with a bit of coffee. It’s a very tasty thing.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. King of the SW traders. Thanks much. Pours a hazy peach color with a decent off-white head. Strange citrus hop mixed with grassy hop for aroma. Medium body with near creamy carbonation. Flavor: I’m getting some vanilla. I’m getting some light stone fruit. So where’s the malt? Eventually it shows up in a lightly roasted fashion. Turns a bit bready. This one is a standout. Finishes more bready. A pale ale with pils aspects? Now I read the descrip. This brewer is inventive.
