Tap @ Brau Haus, Ulaanbaatar. Nice head with good duration. Color is close to black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, coffee, hops and has a nice roasty finish.

Tap @ Blue Sky Lounge. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, malt, hops, little nuts and has s sweet malty finish.

500ml duvel-style bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 23. Huge thanks to Jeremy for this. Misty gold appearance, small white head. Sweet sugary aroma. Taste has sugary moments, fine carbonation.. quite strange and hard to pinpoint, a touch harsh. Definitely feels like no hops made it here, and having travelled across Mongolia a few years ago I'm not surprised.

30th January 2023, Shrewsbury Monthly Gathering at Chez Sophie, only four of us to share the beers. I brought the 500ml bottle of this, a gift from a friend who had a cycling holiday in Mongolia last year. Sadly it's BBD was 20th August 2022, so it was a little out of date. Anyway it came out golden with a mini-hazed look, on top a decent white head. Sweet feel overall, but not really malty at all, not hoppy either! All in all a bit strange, might even have been 'hop-less'.

Amber-brown with a thick head. The aroma is mostly toasty and fairly clean. Fairly toasty character. This has a gentle sweetness and light breadcrust notes.

Draught in a bottle, from a grocery store in UB. Golden-amber. Very bready, doughy microbrew aroma. Lightly doughy, with a slightly toasty caramelly colour.
