Pours a straw color from a can. Big cranberry aroma doesn't quite make it to the mouth, where mostly just a tartness is noted. Good beer.

Draught at Dorchester Brewing, 9/9/21. Clear, brass-golden with a medium, white head showing moderate retention, fading to cover. Highly fruity nose is surprisingly clean. Wow. This is worlds apart from the last time I was here. Big esters with light pine and mild citrus. Very balanced with cracker and hints of honey to balance. No flaw or alcohol. Soft and malty in the mouth with great attenuation and cleanliness. Very fruity with pear, apple and other yellow fruits leading to mild pine-orange hop flavors. Cracker and biscuit are light and balancing, as well, with engaging carbonation. Love how fruity and clean the yeast is and how well attenuated the beer is while still retaining a soft texture. This is excellent and very refreshing! Maybe a touch of soap or astringency on the very end, but it's very minimal.

On tap at Dorchester Brewing Co. as part of a flight. Appearance is pale, lightly hazy translucent yellow with light sparkle, persistent ring of white head and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is cracker, pilsner malt, mild herb, bitter grapefruit and pine. Taste is moderately strong wheat cracker, pilsner malts, subtle fruit that's not terribly sweet and doesn't brighten it up all that much, bitter piney resin. Mouthfeel light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste with lingering mild bitterness. Overall, the addition of Mosaic might have made this more interesting if it had been stronger but the bittering was not welcome.
