Black Storm, where passion and artistry meet to create unforgettable craft beer experiences. Our journey kicked off with late-night brewing sessions and hard work to meet our dream of delivering the finest, premium craft beers that will captivate your taste buds and elevate your beer-drinking experience, all crafted and brewed in the North east of England.

Black Storm started in late 2017. The beers were initially contract brewed at Hadrian Border Brewery. In Spring 2019 the former site of Blackhill Brewery was purchased located at Unit 14 Stella Gill Industrial Estate, Pelton Fell and started brewing at it. Relocated in early 2022 to their current site. During Spring 2023 new management took over the brewey and started activities as Black Storm Beers. Same beers, same brewers, NEW management

Can: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is butterscotch, fruity, malty. Taste is bitter hops, piney, fruity, citrus, malty. This is not a NEPA!

Can: Poured a deep brown with red edges, head is two finger creamy light brown. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla, roasted malts. Taste is rich malty, chocolate, earthiness, coffee towards the finish.

Can: Poured a murky orange with a white head. Aroma is tropical, grapefruit, fruity. Taste is light hops, fruity, citrus, tropical, light on the palate.

440ml can from the brewery online shop. Pours clear dark brown with a red tint and a thick beige head. Aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice, light chocolate. Taste has stewed prunes and cocoa powder. Clean finish.
