330 ml. bottle. BBF 24.8.2016. Pours gorgeous grenadine pink with a dash of amber, small uneven off-pink head. Nose is sweetness, faint hops, dash cheese, almost a dash candy, faintly floral. Taste is a bit bland largely, light spices, herbs, sweetish base, flowers, dash almost candy, no noticeable hop nots, finish is faintly metallic, light yeast, big fruit tea quality to the finish & overall. Low carbonation, sweetish, fruit scented soap. A bit bland, spices, faint candy & very fruit tea forward. Far from exciting, passable overall. A bit bland but drinks okay. Could have been more.

Keg at Les Trois 8, Paris. it pours hazy golden amber with a thick white head. The nose is soft, fresh, bready malt, sherbet, juicy grapefruit and pineapple. The taste is crisp, fresh, clean, grassy, brioche, juicy grapefruit, pineapple and orange peel with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Juicy and very refreshing. Rather impressive stuff overall.

Paris sur Senne. Chilli peppers are a bit too dominant for me…

Bottle. Huge hed, like an infection. Nice nosr, ntough, tropical fruits, orange, melon, biscuit mqlts. Sweet as hell, thick, very fruity. Great fruits, high carbonation. Possibly a bit infected, but they are going in the right direction.

Crazy Hops IPA 6.7% bottle at A la Biere where I met the brewer who’s a really cool guy. A nice orange gold, fantastic aroma of mango, passionfruit and papaya. Zesty carbonation on a medium body. Bitter but balanced with fruity hop character eliciting beery goodness. Wonderful. Best French IPA I’ve had so far as it is fruity rather than a bitter bomb.

A biere comme a la biere, Paris bottle: pours reddish with whote head. Aroma is fruity and floral with some sugary malts. Hibiscus comes out in the taste. Very light. Hoppiness is super light as well. Not bad.
