Bottle from Hiroshima Station. Funky rice / koji aroma, malt, citrus, lightly spicy from teh yeast and koji. Funky yeast flavor, rice, citrus, somewhat saison-like. Nothing seriously wrong with it, but a bit lame. Not sure what it wants to be besides a beer using local rice.

20/8/2023. Bottle shared by The Blackhaddock. Pours hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, citrus, yeast, banana and candy cane. Fairly sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium body, creamy, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed this.

330ml bottle shared with blackhaddock in his beer cave. Pale misty yellow complexion, medium white head. Subtle floral nose. A touch creamy, low fruity esters.. pleasant pale blonde overall.

21st June 2023, new region and rare beer tasting with minutemat (and a sample for Grumbo) at my place. Thanks cyclist Shirley for the 330ml bottle of this: BB 30th September 2023. Light golden body, hazed, white topping. Simple cream ale with a smoothness and very little bitterness. Not had a lot of cream ales so no idea if this is true to style, but it seemed fine to me.
