750ml bottle from Carrefour, Gare to Nord, Paris. Cidrerie de Livarot. Deep golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, pear, sugary, woody. Taste is mellow fruity apple flesh, sweetish, with brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, wood, and some drying tannins. Medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.
