Can from Carrefour, Nice. Pale gold, no head. Not as weak as British supermarket lagers which is my only comparison, but it’s strength does give it a fairly decent mouthfeel, but otherwise it’s very bland.

Can from Carrefour, Nice. Lighter golden colour with no head. Easy drinking texture despite a fair strength. Some malt evident as well as a small sweetness.

Can from Carrefour, Nice. Golden-amber with no head. There’s enough pale ale style Abbey ale influence here, especially in its aroma, however it transgresses into a very ordinary lager in aroma and taste as well and really struggles to find its own character because of it.

Can from Carrefour, Nice. Lighter gold with a very thin head and a small carbonation. As a beer it’s betwixt and between a blond beer and a lager in its character, with different elements of these styles evident at different times.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, pale golden perry with some white bubbles around the rim. The aroma has lots of very sweetish apples and pears, with some grassy notes in the back. Sweet pears and some apples, as well as some lemony notes and grass in the flavor. Dry, medium to thin body and a quite pleasant carbonation level. Lasting finish, weak, with juice pears and some grass notes. Well, not really sure about this one. Too weak all the way, but at least not foul. 140831

Bottle, 2%. Clear pale yellow with tint white head. Aroma is pear, fruit and a little sugar. Flavour is pear, off notes, sweet, little sugar, little wood and a little peel.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is water. Aroma and taste are acidic pears instead of sweet pears, a bit odd. Sour finish.
