Bottle 750ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, red and green apple, wood, vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple, light vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110821]

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a dark golden one, clear, flat and with some white bubbles. Mostly apples on the nose, some alcohol notes too, and a hint of sulphur. The flavor is much the same, it’s dry and pleasantly carbonated, finishing a bit cellarish. Well, not bad, but not very interesting. 110821

Bottle, 75cl corked. A dark golden one, clear and still, with some white bubbles around the rim. Sweetish apples on the nose. Quite sweet on the palate too, with enough sourness to avoid it being cloying. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Too sweet and all that, but I like it anyway. 110821

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy deep golden with small white head. Flavour is apples, little art, little sweet, acid and dry.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Very pale color, yellow, clear and flat. The aroma is almost alcoholic, like if it should be double strength. Apples too of course. The flavor has apples and a touch of something chemical or alcoholic. Quite dry on the palate. Not a favorite of mine, that’s for sure, but it’s not all bad. 110821
