Bottle. Almost clear golden body under a small, fast disappearing white head. Aroma has ripe apple and some cellar notes. Taste has sweet apple, mild wood, acidity and well hidden alcohol. Fine body and tart, acidic finish.

YG 090720. Red -orange color with a pinkish head. Aroma is apple, strawberries. Flavor is apple, strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, grass, lemon. A little bit weird.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly orangey candy-red cider with a wee carbonation and head. The aroma is a well blended mix of apple and strawberry, with a distinct sweetish touch. Not much rhubarb detected, if any. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-sweet and softly carbonated. Some rhubarb sourness chiming in. In the flavor the strawberry is more evident than the apples. Some hints of grass and lemon in the far back. Rather dry toward the finish. A pleasant and tasteful drink, but I sure prefer my ciders without any other fruit. 200709

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour concentrated apple juice, grass, apple peel, sorrel, caramel, apple cores, alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, alcohol, grass, minerals, apple peel, dried apples, sour apples, fruit stones, caramel, hints of citrus. Slightly boozy and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, but I like the lower ABV version better.

Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple juice, caramel, apple peel, citrus, apple cores, grass. Taste is fresh fruity, sour apples, soda powder, apple peel, citrus, sorrel, flowers, apple cores, fresh hops. Fresh fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough, refreshing.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Ganddal 15.02.19. Clear reddish golden. Some white head. Excellent aroma and taste of fresh wild apples, slightly bitter cider apples and red berries. Very refreshing. Rating number 9.000 for SM.

Notater fra en hyggelig RBHD-kveld i Ovesens flaske museum feb-19: 0,75 flaske. Lys rødgylden med bruseskum som faktisk varer en stund. Lekker aroma og smak av bringebær og søte norske epler. Superfrisk og delikat drikke, og en verdig markering av seremonimester Melbergs rating nr. 9000!
