0,75 flaske fra Helgø Meny Hundvåg, delt med Jens, Jeanette og The Supreme Commander: klar lys gylden med fint bruseskum. Lett perlende munnfølelse, liflig aroma og lekker smak av saftige epler pikant akkompagnert av hylleblomst, granskudd og et streif av einerbær. Frisk, intens saftighet uten å bli for søt. Den gjorde stor suksess som aperitiff til min indiske lammegryte og er vel et av de desidert beste alkoholfrie alternativer jeg har smakt.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear, light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, sour winegum, flowers, hay, apple juice, dusty pears. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple peel, dusty sour apple candy, cellar, soda powder, grass, pear cores. Slightly fresh mouthfeel, no carbonation. Kind of boring, but refreshing juice.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, deep red drink with some pinkish bubbles. Well carbonated, close to gushing out of the bottle. There's berries in the aroma, but it feels more like blackcurrant than raspberry. Yeast and some apple juice. It's medium to thin on the palate, nicely carbonated and semi sweet, with mostly berry flavors. Some apple and yeast. Medium length finish. Too much like s lemonade this one. 241021

750 ml clear bottle, from Helgø Meny Hundvåg. Nearly clear red colour, moderate pink to white head that lasts a while. Aroma of apples and raspberries. Some fruity acidity in the mouthfeel. Flavour of apples and raspberries, sweet and slightly sour.
