Bottle, 75cl. It's a lightly hazy one, deep reddish golden in color, with a few white bubbles on top. The aroma has cinnamon, cloves and vanilla on top of a pleasant apple and apple pie base. Some bayleaf and ginger lurks so far in the back I'm not sure I'd notice if I didn't read the label. It's medium to full-bodied, lightly acidic, yet with a good residual sweetness making me think dessert or cake as food pairings. Soft carbonation. The flavor has a basis of apple pie, well ripened red apples and some sour apple, with hints of grass and a good dash of cinnamon and cloves. Some vanilla hints and a faint bayleaf hint in the far back. Lasting finish with fresh apples and apple pie. Nice this one, although I'm not tempted to finish a bottle on my own. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes of apple, strawberry, rhubarb and something that reminds me of raspberry drops. Taste is medium sweet with a long strawberry and apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is flat.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly cloudy pinkish-orangey cider with some white bubbles. The aroma has lots of apple, with red berries, some grass and apple cores, some autumn evening orchard scents, and a hint of wood. It's medium to full-bodied, with a soft carbonation. It's dry and almost tart and acidic on the palate, with a faint alcohol burn. The flavor too has lots of apple and a good dash of raspberry, with a touch of wood and grass, and also a hint of strawberry. Unripe apple, fresh apple juice, some berries and a pleasant acidity in the finish. Feels a bit odd in a way this one, but it's actually very pleasant. Tasteful, dry, dangerously quenching and sure worth a revisit. 210802

Bottle, 75cl. It's a faintly hazy one, with a good carbonation but no head. Deep golden in color. The aroma feels a bit edgy, with alcohol, ripe apples, sour fruit, grass and a faint hint of sulphur. It's full-bodied and quite effervescent, mostly on the dry, acidic side, with some sweetness and a light alcohol warmth. Acidic apple flavor with ripe, sweet apples, grass, tannins, a hint of peach and pine cones and unfortunately a faint sulphur hint. Long warming, sweet and acidic finish with apple flavors in the driver's seat. A tad rough around the edges this one I think, else not bad at all. Perhaps some cellaring would help a bit. 210708

Can. A dark golden colored cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of raspberry, suspect that's caused by the rhubarb. Apple in the back, in a quite pleasant way. It's quite sweet on the palate, with some carbonation. Medium bodied. Strawberry, sourness, apple and a fruity sweetness. Long sweet finish with strawberry and apple. Too sweet this one, and pushing the apples too far in the back. 210613
