Bottle from Meny. Clear golden body under a few, fast disappearing bubbles against the edge of the glass. Clean apple aroma with a hint of acidity and some cellar notes. Taste is sweet apple with rather much acidity creating a tasty and refreshing apple flavor. Feels like a combination of sweet red, mature apples and young, green apples. Balanced body and same taste all the way. Nice and tasty, clean apple cider without much yeast and ester flavors. Actually quite impressive at only 4,5% ABV

Solsletta 021122. Golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apples , yeast, ripe apples. Flavor is apples, sourness, sugar, ripe apples, grass, lemon, funk, yeast. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear, deep golden colored cider with some white bubbles around the rim. The aroma is quite heavy of ripe apple and apple pie, with notes of prune, grass, apple cores and hints of pear. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a very light alcohol warmth. Semi-sweet, with quite a lot of fruit juice sweetness. Ripe plums and apple, some fresh apple juice and a hint of blue plums, apple cores and pear juice. Quite sweet finish. Not the most refreshing cider I've had, it's more like a low alcohol ice cider, but it's tasteful and moreish, and should go well with several desserts and cheeses. 221118

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a lightly foggy one, golden in color, with some carbonation and a thin rim of white bubbles. The aroma is dominated by ripe apple, with a vague note of grass and some apple cores. Some lemony hints. It’s medium to full-bodied, quite acidic, with a pleasant carbonation. The flavor has a good dash of lemon, but it’s still ripe apple that dominates. Apple jam, some apple cores and a touch of funk and yeast too. Quite lasting finish. A bit lemony this one, but else it’s sure fine, especially considering the ABV. 221102

Bottle, 75cl. A more or less completely clear one, orangey red in color, with some white bubbles on top. The aroma feels lightly licorish-ish at first, with a good dash of raspberry and a hint of apple. Quite flowery, but not really elderflowery. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry, with a light carbonation. Raspberry, hints of redcurrant and some flower in the flavor, with apple in the back. Medium length finish driven by red berries. Didn't really catch any hops, but sure a fine rosé cider. 220706
