Fair enough.

YG 180323. Red golden color with a white head. Aroma is apples, raspberries, funk, grass. Flavor is apples, raspberries, funk, grass, herbs. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, reddish golden in color. with a small white head. The aroma is dominated by apple, but there's a good dash of raspberry too. Some funk too, with grass, herbs and a touch of apple cores. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-tart and nicely carbonated, with an apple driven flavor. Apple cores, a good dash of raspberry, some funk and lemon, oak hints, although I don't think there's any oak involved. Lasting finish with a good raspberry addition. A delicious one indeed, especially considering the ABV. 230318

Bottle from Meny. Clear golden body under a few, fast disappearing bubbles against the edge of the glass. Clean apple aroma with a hint of acidity and some cellar notes. Taste is sweet apple with rather much acidity creating a tasty and refreshing apple flavor. Feels like a combination of sweet red, mature apples and young, green apples. Balanced body and same taste all the way. Nice and tasty, clean apple cider without much yeast and ester flavors. Actually quite impressive at only 4,5% ABV
