Small bubbly shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, unripe apples, grass, sour apple candy, flowers, hay, apple cores, minerals, leafs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apple candy, grass, soda powder, unripe apples, hay, flowers, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, refreshing.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly hazy deep candy red cider with a thin layer of pink bubbles. Apple driven aroma with some red berries. Hints of grass and apple cores. Lightly perfumed. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a very gentle warmth. The flavor has quite a lot of berries, more than in the aroma. Apple juice, some apple cores and a light spiced touch too. Some sourness and alcohol. Lasting berry and apple finish. Some spices too, cloves at least. Bottle, 75cl. A lightly hazy golden colored drink with some bubbles on top. Lightly sparkling. Herbal, fruity and lightly citrusy aroma with apple in the back. Sort of piney and spiced too. Hints of tobacco. Feels quite sugary as well. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, quite sweet, but not cloying. Interesting flowery, herbal and piney flavor with a good apple flavor and apple juice sweetness. Medium length finish. Sure a nice drink, although a bit sweet. Will be interesting to see how the non-flavored non-alcoholic works. 231024

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple and plums. Taste is light to medium sweet with a long apple and plum finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
