Bottle, 75cl. Vintage 2016. A mostly clear one, with some carbonation, and a small white head. Golden in color. There's lots of apples in the aroma, with grass and orchard, vague hints of sulphur and white sugar. Apples, white sugar, some grass and orchard, with a faint lemony touch. It's sweet, yet with a nice dryness and a soft carbonation. A bit too sweet this one, but it's sure a fine one. 180127
