(Bottle, 0.33 l - #219/666, at OlutExpo 2016) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had sweetness, vanilla and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, ash and bitterness. A bit messy brew but still pleasant.

Bottled (From K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Golden colour, huge creamy white longlasting head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is wheat, some citrus, mild sourish wooden notes as well as some yeast and mild spiciness to it. Flavour is mild wheat, grains, herbs, earth and yeasty notes. Also a very mild coriander like tone to it.

330 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 4.6%. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Moderate to low white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and soap, hints of cloves and banana. Citrussy and wheaty flavour, medium dry, moderate notes of banana and cloves.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Golden colour, only slightly hazy. Moderate to low white head. Yeasty and slightly peppery and soapy aroma. The flavour is fruity and peppery with a slight sweetness, moderate hops.

330ml bottle bought from djoeye and shared with Finn. Bubbly pear white head. Clear, warm golden body. Lacing rings down the glass. Peaches and dried fruity nose. Nicely mixed taste of dried fruits, pine, orange and mid-sweet malts, jam-like impression. Rounded, strong bitter tail with warmth from the alcohol. Good drinking (Session at Finns Place in Tromsø, 05.11.2016).

Smell of bourbon, berries, tar. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma of vanilla, oak, bourbon, tar, some cocoa. Velvety texture, very flat carbon. Sweet, lightly bitter.

Draught @ Kultainen Apina. Sweetish aroma with molasses and raisins. Also coffee. Flavour has pot coffee, licorice, ash and some tobacco. Good drinkability. Delicious.

33cl bottle (and casket) shared @Olutexpo 2016. Poured pretty much black in color with a thin brown head. Dense. Plummy notes, some vanilla, toffee and some barrel notes in aroma. Inviting. Warming touch, more fudgy and toffeeish flavors, roastedness, malts and hint of vanilla. Really nice and tasty Imperial Stout.
