Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2013. Ambery brown hazy colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is juniper, toffee, fudge, mild leathery and toasted notes. Flavour is mild leather, some toffee, rye and mild sweet malts. Quite strong finish filled with juniper.

Tap @ sopp 2013. Brown color, thin head.juniper clearly in aroma, quite sharp. Flavor has coffee, roasted malt, light sweetness. Tasty. Really good.

Pours reddish brown with a foamy head. Aroma of sweet rye malts, juniper and spices. Taste is sweetish, malty and spicy with notes of rye, juniper and syrup. Finish is malty, spicy and sweet with notes of rye and juniper. Surprisingly well balanced, quite good.

hazy brown, thin beige head. sour berries, juniper, rye in aroma, covering everything else. smokey, malty, hoppy, creamy mouthfeel. long fruity finish. nice.

(Keg at SOPP’13, 20130725) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had juniper twigs, yeast and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, juniper, chocolate, sweetness and bitterness. Afteraste was malty and bitter. A tasty juniper brew.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, keller. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, strange sweet - fruity - berry - raspberry ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130405]
