Amber, beige head. Neutral nose. Light balanced palate has fruity notes. Drinkable, not memorable

On tap at Central City, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has a lot of syrupy caramel malt—hinting at a cloyingly sweet beer—with subdued resinous hops beneath the sugar. Flavour is extremely sweet, with cough syrup-like caramel sweetness and only traces of hop expression that are buried beneath the syrupy malt. Way too malty and sugary, without the hops to complement. Very poor.

On tap at Central City, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has straw, crackery malt, and a touch of grassy malt — very timid. Flavour is not dank at all, with a dry, grassy, almost herbal hop character, a touch of stone fruit, and a crisp biscuity finish. Not the greatest hop expression, but structurally it’s a reasonable IPA.

On tap at Central City, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out some spicy Belgian yeast, a touch of clove, and lightly sweaty/armpity earthiness. Flavour has too much bubblegum, along with candi sugar, a touch of spicy clove, and some toasted malt. Not a successful use of the Belgian yeast. Okay.

On tap at Central City, pours a clear blonde with a a all white head. Aroma has some clove, lightly spicy Belgian yeast, and some doughy malt. Flavour is crisp, with a pretty nice Belgian spicy yeast character, some doughy malt, and a mostly dry toasted malt base. Carbonation is higher than average, which works for the style. Though the sweetness isn’t high, the style still calls for something drier. Solid enough.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Stonefruit and cleaner notes on the nose. Flavour has lots of peach and stonefruit, some pine. Not really any dankness. Clean and juicy, but I'm still not a huge fan of the hops here.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Estery nose with some sweaty armpits. Flavour has a more bubblegum character from the esters and some slick armpit sweat. There have been worse tripels brewed, but this one is pretty far from good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Belgian yeast on the nose: dry esters and spices. Flavour has a pretty solid Belgian yeast profile, fairly dry esters, though it could be drier. The carbonation is nice and high. Pretty solid Belgian pale.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nose has a bunch of stale pine and syrupy malts. Flavour has super thick and syrupy malts with a dusting of stale old pine. Really dusty. Brewed with the elegance of a sledgehammer.

Poured from 500mL can (thanks fiulijn). Hazy yellow gold with full white head. Soft melon hops and biscuit malt, okay.
