Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy darkish amber with stable beige head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of caramel and hops. Bitter flavour of hops, with sweetish notes of caramel malt, yeast and fruit. Malty aftertaste with bitter and acidic touches. Drinkable but not my favourite beer within the style.

Tap ,5.9%. Hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop and citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, medium sweet, grass, pine and medium bitter.

33 cl bottle from a Føtex supermarket. Dark mahogany colour with a creamy off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, nuts, toasted bread and earthy hoppy notes. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Slightly drying finish with toffee and brown cookies. Ok, straightforward Brown Ale.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy pink with a small, pinkish head. Lovely raspberry aroma. Light body, super tart - almost astringent with a slightly salty edge. The raspberries are very much there in the flavor as well, although less prominent than in the nose. Has that unfortunate baking yeast flaw that troubles so many tart beers. 210622

Bottle, 8%. Good fruity and juicy aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite sweet to begin with. Has some fruity notes, orange. A little alcohol bitterness or perhaps orange peel. Refreshing carbonation. Citric finish.

Bottle, 4.2% at Skaal Sønderborg. Distinct raspberry aroma, seems citric rather than sweet. Cloudy deep red colour. Small pink head. The flavour is tart and salty with a distinct raspberry note. Sweetish finish, but tart enough to make it balanced and quenching. Powerful fruit notes. The salt works well with the raspberry.

Draught @ Verdens Største Virtuelle Ølsmagning 2022, SKAAL, Sønderborg. Pours hazy light red with airy white pinkish head. Clear aroma of berries, with estery and hoppy touches. Dry, berrylike flavour with estery touches and hints of hops and malt. Acidic aftertaste with estery touches. Reasonable.

Draft. A hazy chestnut colored beer with a thin rim of beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, wood, vinegar, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of vinegar, funk, wood, and hints of caramel, leading to a tart finish.
