2012-05-06, draught at Fairbar, Århus, 7-4-7-3-13=34
Cloudy golden color with creamy head. The aroma is quite mild. The flavor is very dry, weak body, with a sopay lemony malt flavor. Strong bitterness, a bit too much of it in the end.
Unexciting, they can do better (fresher and fruitier) things with Sorachi Ace.
2012-04-29, draught at Fairbar, Århus, 7-4-7-3-13=34
Cloudy golden color; creamy head. Mild aroma of Sorachi Ace, less deep and pungent than in many other beers; it has also a cookie, biscuity touch. Dry but soft mouthfeel, medium-weak body; some malt flavor with a toffee trace; lemony hops with a light vanilla-cake touch; but also, unfortunately, too much bitterness.
A dirty, unbalanced Sorachi Ace beer.
Not bad, but unelegant.
