Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (27/01/2020) - hazy golden orange with a white head. Juicy fruity with hits of papaya and mango, grapefruit, lemon, sweet soft malty support and medium body, just a touch of citrus rind bitterness into the wild hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, orangey amber with a lacing, white head. Aroma has, firstly a hint of berries, then a disturbing buttery note and then some citrusy hops. Body is medium, dry and fruity - but still this off-putting butter, which may simply be a bi-product of the blueberries and hops. Finish is dry with a very subdued bitterness. 060220

Bottle 33 cl. Pors an almost clear orangey brown with an off-white head. Pleasant nutty, caramelly aroma. Medium body, same flavors as aroma paired with a hint of licorice. Quite a bitter finish. Interesting and well made Brown Ale - the hazelnut syrup actually adds a pleasant edge. 030220

Bottle. Black, oily with small creamy brown head. Aroma has cocoa, rum, coffee and a little licorice. Sweet flavour, cocoa, choc, rum and licorice. Quite sweet but nicely balanced by alc and bitterness. Rum booze is controlled and rather smooth.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Chocolate and licorice notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Oily, black, brown head. aroma has dark malt, a little roast, molasses. dark malty flavour, a little caramel, some bitter licorice, light alc warmth. Straight forward, nice.

Bottle 2019, 11%. Black with small brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, sweet, little liquorice, warming and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops, licorice and has a nice long warming dry licorice finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and licorice. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 110120
