Nose is pure Moscato. Thankfully not quite as sweet but still more white wine vibes than beer, despite the barley and hops.

Dark orange colour with quick fading head. Not very nice. Multi layers of sweetness from malts and a seemingly sweet type of apple. Next to that it has a sweet, spicy undertone of cinnamon.

Can. Dark brown thick golden brown head. Perfumed tart roast, medium body, sweet, tart, tofifee caramel, sour grain, dark chocolate, perfumed hops and spices, leaves a bit of a sour taste.

Not sure how one brews with balsamic, but this is delicious. The dates are even more prominent, well balanced by the barley (as well as the rye which gives it just a teensy bit of spice). This motel has a fridge but no glasses. Schade.

Huge thanks to rhoihessegold for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass copper-brown. Small head. Intense fruity-malty alcoholic aroma. Starts strong, alcoholic, not too sharp. Woody-malty notes, bourbon. Whiskey. Finish well balanced, warming-alcoholic, light fruity touch. Wow!
