Not sure how one brews with balsamic, but this is delicious. The dates are even more prominent, well balanced by the barley (as well as the rye which gives it just a teensy bit of spice). This motel has a fridge but no glasses. Schade.

Huge thanks to rhoihessegold for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass copper-brown. Small head. Intense fruity-malty alcoholic aroma. Starts strong, alcoholic, not too sharp. Woody-malty notes, bourbon. Whiskey. Finish well balanced, warming-alcoholic, light fruity touch. Wow!

Kuehn Kunz Rosen Gutenberg Bock, Fläschlein vom Craftbeer-Shop.com. - Rotgold, leicht trüb. - In der Nase überreife Frucht, Trockenobst, zart seifig, und milde, ja matte herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk brausig rezent und satt karamelmalzig-herbfruchtig mit süßem Trockenobst, Orangenschale und milder herbaler Hopfung mit mediterranen Zügen. Trotz viel zu starker Kohlensäure noch etwas vollmundig. Im Abgang immer noch süß mit hintergründiger herbaler Hopfung. - Beinahe brauchbarer Doppelbock, nur zu süß und zu leicht, auch zu mild gehopft. (22.3.2022.)

Deep gold with a creamy, white head. Aroma a mix of perfume and fermenting fruits. Taste is mildly bitter with a bit of spice. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Amber with a foamy, white head. White wine aroma with an oak and candy undertone. Taste is sweet/tart up front, moderate sour at the end with lingering white grape juice. Medium-bodied, bubbly carbonation, ends up tasting a bit like Sekt. The type beer that gives me a headache.
