30/11/2024. Keg at Gidea Pk tap house. 6.2%. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a good fine minerally crispness. A light malt sweetness, a light creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Good piney fruity citrus, a light tropical fruits. Light hop spice. Bright and breezy.

Can from BeerHeadZ, at home. Jet black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty bitter. Slightly thin body.

Can courtesy of John, consumed at Lynn and Barry's (Diane's 60th birthday) Sunday 1st December 2024, shared with Loz and Barry. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head. Fruity with a touch of pineapple, juicy, nice soft mouthfeel.

Keg at Brazenor's taproom, High Wycombe, 26/10/24. Clear golden to light amber topped with a lasting off white head. Nose is citric zest, melon, tangerine, grass, airy malts. Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, light pine flicker, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness. Okay drop if a little stuck in 3rd gear.

Taste comprises fruit cake, brown bread, malt forward, grains, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent logger-bier.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Dark reddish brown pour with a beige head. Nose is chocolate, dark fruits, liquorice, coffee, touch of smoke. Taste is coffee, chocolate caramel, citrus, dark fruits, spot of liquorice toffee. Malty sweet with a light bitter aftertaste.

Keg at Borough Beer House, Farnham. Aroma is has liquorice, coffee, resin but all low key. Opaque darkest cola brown. Very thin beige head gradually shrinks. Medium bitter. Resinous. Herbal. Underlying caramel hints. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big bitter BIPA
