Tap at Braustättchen am Fischmarkt. Amber light brown. Malty oxidized ketchup, metallic. Soft and front heavy bitter roasted something. Tf? Flat.

Hazy golden colour, white foam. Malty, bready with lots of grassy hoppiness. Sweet and bitter. Very complex Kellerbier. Great!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 06.05.2024) im 2024-02 getrunken. Dieses kupferne Bier kommt mit einer ganz feinen Zuckerwatte-Aroma daher. Am Gaumen hat es aber keinerlei Süße, aber dafür eine feiner Honig- und Getreidenote. Mit zunehmender Temperatur wird es vollmundiger!
