F: thin, almost no. C: deep red, hazy. A: bit of cherries, red berries, fruity, weak. T: malt, cherries, candy, quite sweet more than expected, red fruits, medium body, medium carbonation, not very good, too sweet, thanks to tderoeck and kraddel for sharing beers today! F: huge, off-white, long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: malt, chocolate, dark fruits, cocoa, nutty, toffee notes. T: roasted malt, fruity, dark cherries, cocoa, chocolate, a bit of coffee, medium to full body, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed, thanks to tderoeck and kraddel for sharing beers today! From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small, creamy and tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty and slight chocolate. Bitter, dark roasted, medium dry. Medium mouthfeel. Slight bitter, toasted malty and light chocolate. All in balance and check.

Very dark brown beer, big solid creamy beige head, stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing. Aroma: yeast, banana, malty, grains, cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: roasted touch, some alcohol, banana, caramel, bit sweet. Aftertaste: bitter, roasted malts, sweet touchy, caramel, some dark chocolate.

Clear ruby red beer, aery irregular head, just big bubbles, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: little fruity, not much smell to be honest. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: cherry flavour, not real kriek, pretty sweet, yeast, soft bitterness, bit syrupy, sugary. Aftertaste: some tannins, bit sugary.

At zythos 2017. Pours dark Chocolatty brown. Smell is chocolate, creamy, lactose. Taste is full bit bitter chocolate, lactic. Ok.

At zythos 2017. Pours dark purple. Small tobno white head. Smell is weak, very distant cherries. Taste is sweet, pure sugar, some cherry syrup. No thnx, i’ll pass

From tap. Pours hazy deep red with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, cherries. Dry, slight estery. Mild fruity, vague sour note. Medium dry and light cherry fruity finish.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ 20ste Zomerbierfestival. Made for the the 20th edition of said attended festival. Made with peated malts. Visually, huge amount of yeast floating in the glass, dark brown, little head. Nose is indeed plastic peat, lots of plastic, light malt, thin & varnish. Taste is dull empty plastic peast, light varnish, lemon, malt, fruity,… Body is thin, plastic & dull. Yet is has peat but it doesn’t do anything interesting, it isn’t in combination with anything,… Just lots of plastic & plastic-tasting peat. Meh.
