Old rating from 2018 - 330ml bottle picked up in Ticino on my 6 country road trip. Poured at home in Jersey, it's brown with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, dark fruits, dark bread & malt. Medium body. Dry mild bitter finish

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blonde color brew with an faintly sour and not so good bitter taste. Hints of some spices, some lemon and this beer is not there yet, but first tick from Italian speaking-Switserland.

30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours dark amber brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is chalky, malty, caramel, dried fruits, berries. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, hops, fruits, flowers and has a nice fruity finish.
