Hazy pale blond color with small head. Light spicy aroma. Dry and fresh mouthfeel, a bit spicy, with correct bitterness, some wheat flavor; unfortunately, also a bit of paper feeling.
At least it’s refreshing.

Botella de 33 cl en el Lupulo. 21-12-13. Ipa bastante floja. Donde está el amargor de esta Ipa ?? Sabores tostados y algo quemados, sólo aparece el amargor al final como un ligero retrogusto y después de haber calentado. Color ambar muy oscuro - caoba (srm 12,90) sin nada de espuma. Muy floja de gas con cuerpo medio. No creo que sea culpa de la caducidad que es en 02-04-14 No me convence, esperaba más de ella.

Botella de 33 cl en el lupulo. Octubre de 2013. Buena cerveza con toques de café y malta ahumada. Cuerpo medio fácil de beber. Bien combinados todos los ingredientes con resultado refinado y nada espeso ni empalagoso. Buena cerveza para comenzar una sesión porter o Stout. Para repetir

Bottle from Star Grocery in Berkeley, CA. 3.9% Pours translucent amber with a creamy off-white or beige head. Aroma is a bit malty, mildly hoppy. Med minus body. It’s a bit too malty. Has hints of diacetyl. Is perhaps a little earthy. Not much like a saison, and not much like anything - perhaps something English that’s not hoppy. I’m becoming more convinced there’s some diacetyl. Drinkable, but at $36 a six pack equivalent it’s poor value for the money.

Nutty brown color, good creamy beige head, lace. "Sweaty" Nelson Sauvin aroma (hints of barnyard?). Medium-bodied. Nelson Sauvin exotic fruityness mixed with caramelly maltyness.A bit too yeasty but has potential.

Clear amber color, good creamy beige head. Caramelly toffeish aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is not so sweet. Starts sticky hoppy, then toffeish, almost diacetylic flavor. Lingering harsh bitterness in the aftertaste.

Dark nut brown color, good beige head. At first nice exotic fruity hoppyness, later a bit musty woodyness. Medium-bodied. Watery front for this ABV. Sweetish resiny and a bit plasticky flavor. Idea is ok but something is missing.
