Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Amber colour. Yeasty powerfull aroma and flavor. Average finish. Very oily palate. A good hefeweizen.

Swing-top bottle: Pale golden, small fluffy white head; grainy, bit soapy or cardboardy nose with a secret bitterness, faint bitter flavour, empty MF; short bitter and a bit sweetish finish. Not a huge pleasure........

Draught. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Nice aroma and powerfull taste. Average finish. Nice classic german pilsener.

Draught. Creamy off-white fair mostly lasting head. Fantastic reddisch black colour. Powerfull licorice aroma and flavor. Long delicious finish. Very creamy. One of the best Schwarzbier.

Der mittelherbe Antrunk wird kurzzeitig von einem bitteren Teil unterbrochen, kommt danach aber wieder auf und geht in einen angenehmen, aber etwas zu schwachen hopfigen Teil über. Der süßlich malzige Nachgeschmack wirkt ein wenig zu lasch. Das Bier ist im Grunde nicht schlecht, es hapert hier ein wenig und da ein wenig, ich würde diesem Bier den Stempel "Durchschnittsbier" aufdrücken. Swing-top bottle: Golden coloured, medium sized fluffy white head, sticking to the glass; slightly sweetish, grainy nose with a faint aromatic (Tettnang) hoppy touch;mild grainy-bitter flavour, light bodied; short, a bit lingering bitter, quite crisp finish. O.K., but a bit too "slim"......
