Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 10B). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 41713 (BB: 13.11.25). AROMA: medium clove aroma with slight banana notes. slight maillard notes (bread crust). APPEARANCE: dark copper and hazy. large beige head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low malt notes (doughy) with faint toastiness. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a dunkles weizen without much darker malt character.

Cerveza correcta y disfrutable

Fläschle (Dank am See!): Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, big, creamy and very stable tanned head; sourish fruity-wheaty nose with good dash of toasted malt underneath; mild to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, low bitterness, light to medium bodied, both fizzy and soft; lingering sourish-fruity finish with a caramelly counterpart. Simple, but not bad...
