Pours clear, dark coperbrown. no real head. Scent is fleshy, aged, some smoke. Taste is full, damp cellar, smoke (unfresh and heavy) , tad sweet. Bit thin. OK, seems a bit aged somehow. Medium bitterness. medium high to high carbo. Medium body. Certainly in style, and free from flaws. just not my preference.

Schnapp-Fläschle (Dank am See!):’Hazy, pale greenish-golden, lively carbonation, stable creamy white head, mild to moderate dryish bitter-sweet fruity-hyish nose, citrussy spots detectable as well; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering citrussy-bitter finish. bottle from local Norma. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a tall white head. Lovely citrusy hoppy nose. Light-bodied, shy but pleasant malty background, good amounts of aromatc and bitter hops, citrusy wioth lime and a nice bitter punch towards the finish. Smooth on the palate. Chapeau, this is one of their better beers, really well crafted!
