Color miel claro, turbia, espuma blanca, cremosa y abundante bien retenida. Aroma a malta cereal, galleta, con toques de tierra, caramelo y hierba seca. Suave en boca, carbonatacion media, fondo ligeramente acaramelado con toques terrosos y ligeramente tostados, e incluso cierto recuerdo a chocolate, amargor suave, facil de beber, agradable y rica.

Goldgelb und klar mit feiner Perlage. Die weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone hält mäßig gut. Malzbetonter Duft von Weißbrot und zarten Honignoten. Leicht würzig-kräuterig schmiegen sich Hopfennoten an. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, gut rezent, weißbrotartig malzig, leicht würzig und kaum herb. Der Körper präsentiert sich mit mäßiger Fülle, kräftiger Rezenz, seidiger Textur und sehr zarter Trockenheit. Auf Gaumen und Zunge setzt sich die weißbrotartige Malzigkeit mit einer zarten Säure und einer ebenso zarten würzigen Hopfenherbe fort. Das alles ergibt ein einfaches, aber harmonisches und sehr ausgewogenes Gesamtbild - sozusagen ein "braves" Bier mit guter Trinkbarkeit. Der gute, süßlich-malzige Nachtrunk klingt mit einer Restrezenz und zart würzigen Hopfennoten aus.

Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkt in Heilbron and consumed sat outside Frank at Maifield Derby Festival 2025, Friday 30th May 2025. Pours gold, but this is a calculated guess as my festival drinking mug is hard plastic and green and covered in beer stickers. Malty with a very soft mouthfeel, I can hardly pick up anything from the aroma. They're a slight honey touch to this, nice beer.
