First created on the historic site of the Brasserie des Vosges in Dommartin-lès-Remiremont (former Benedictine monastery), Brasserie La Madelon moved in 2014 into more spacious premises in Saint-Étienne-lès-Remiremont suitable for an expansion of the range of beers.
Today, the brewery produces all kinds of beers, most of them labeled Vosges Terroir.
Annual beer production is around 2,200 hectoliters. It also produces artisanal lemonade and cola with water from the Vosges mountains.

*Mild.weiches, leicht gewürziges Bier. Etwas süßlich, aber milde Hefe mit einem Hauch Gewürze im Nachgeschmack ohne nennenswerte Herbe. Nett.

*Nice fresh beer. Not too deep, mild with hints of yeast. Hints of sourness, mild with hints of herbs in the aftertaste. Not too deep but round.

*Nettes leicht süßliches dunkles Bier. Intensiv, brauner Zucker. Ein Hauch Röstmalz, Karamell, vielleicht etwas zu süßlich und nicht zu tief.

Süßlich-chemisches Bier. Nicht so schlimm wie "Marie Leszczynska", das Weizen/Witbier kommt trotzdem nicht wirklich durch. Süßlich-sirupartiger Nachgeschmack

Sehr künstliches, süßes Mirabellenaroma. Viel Zucker, das Bier bleibt im Hintergrund, Schon fast Konzentrat. Intensiver, etwas zu künstlich süßer Mirabellen-Nachgeschmack.

*Fruchtig-würziges und malziges Bier. Die 8% schmeckt man ihm an, dabei leicht getreidig. Die Hefenote ist nett weich und eher trocken-Nelkig. Rund, aber mit zu alkoholisch-süßlich und nicht zu tief.

*33cl from Cora in Forbach. Süß-klebrig, malzig-fruchtig mit netter Hefenote. Weich mit alkoholischer Süße, moderat bitter mit interessanten gelben Früchten. Leider fehlt etwas Tiefgang. Nett aber mir zu süß-alkoholisch.
