On tap at Freetail. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong smoke, wood, roast. Thin mouthfeel with strong dark chocolate, oak, and nice smoke finish. Very good.

Draft - Big malty grains almost Barleywine like. Clear caramel with a decent white head. Big grainy malts, sweet caramel and a long sweet malty finish. Really nice with a long sweet caramel finish. Desert in a glass.

Bottle thanks to Daniel. Pours a dark brown with paperthin beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is campfire, roast, and feremented fruit leaf. Thin mouthfeel with strong fruit that goes sour and definite infection.

Bottle: Bottle is an incredible gusher with two-third of the bottle ending in the sink. Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size foamy head with limited retention. Aroma of chocolate malt with light dry roasted malt is intriguing. Taste is an interesting mix of black chocolate malt with some light dry roasted malt with light residual sugar notes. Some small traces of smoke can also be detected. Body is lighter than expected and carbonation was exceptionally strong when I opened the bottle but died quite quickly. Interesting beers but texture and level of carbonation was definitely off in this bottle.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of apricot and apple esters. Taste is nicely fruity applesauce with a bit of funk and a bitter finish. Tasty.

Clear, slight yellow appearance. No head. Raw peach and apricot and slightly sweet taste is awesome. Lovely tartness. Sweet and lots of grainy grassiness. Really nice

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14, from an IP trade with Frank. Light black with a good sized tan head that retains well. Nose is dark malts, light smoke, roasty tones, dark chocolate, spice, liqourice, dark fruits. Taste comprises dark toffee fudge, spice, dark fruits, Xmas cake, cherry pangs, dark chocolate, light roast, molasses. Medium + in body, fine carbonation with a drying close carrying sweet licks. Ok impy but lacks depth and complexity.

2012 Bottle, bomber. split 2 ways at fridge temp and allowed to warm. red-pinkesh hues. Nose is bright fruit, minor fecal matter, a hint of tang soda and broken dreams. Taste is nice. very dry, semi-sweet finish. not a huge burst of raspberry but this is quite old now. hint of balsamic, great mouthfeel. has a nice backbone with spice.
