Interesting and refreshig beer, Belgian school and a beverage that it is well balanced, fruity, a bit lemony, side of sugar, a bit sparkling, dry malt, high fermentation, perfect with the mushrooms that I have found in the wood, 04.08.21, at Haute-Nendaz, purchased at the coop of this place

This beverage was perfect with our home made risotto with mushrooms coming from the wood. This beer is classical, rather dry and yeasty, a bit carbonated, malty, side of nuts, hop, it could be a bit more fruity, 04.08.21, purchased at the coop, Haute-Nendaz and drinking there.

From the coop, Haute-Nendaz. Opening this bottle yesterday, for the birthday of my wife, sunny afternoon witha solid tripel, sweet but it is subtle, yeasty, fruity, apricot, sugar, malt, smooth, clove, boozy, a pleasure without any stress. 08.02.2023, drinking it at home, in family.

Shared with Dan and Grumbo. Aroma is of grape, orange, apples and it earthiness. Taste is of sweet toffee apple. Very nice indeed.

opalescent pale yellow colour, large dense white head, which however collapses quite quickly; aroma of tangerine, orange peel, lemon and some floral notes; taste is the same with some syrupy and peppery notes; really good one

hazy orange to amber colour, huge, dense and long lasting ecru-ish head; aroma of sweet overripe pear, some floral, biscuity and minimal piney notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with pear again and some bittery orange peel; spicy-horseradish-like aftertaste; not bad at all though not a complex beer for sure
