500ml bottle conditioned, into an Abbot Ale glass tankard at home on 11th Feb 2018. Amber bodied, slight haze, full white crown. Decent blend, hop bitter with a light malty base. Bit too 'home brew' for me though.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear chestnut brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of toffee and malt. Taste is sweet, hint of burnt marmalade, toffee, molasses. Sweet finish, just about avoiding stickiness.

Tried at the Strugglers Inn . Rich deep Amber colour with a pale tan head. Aroma sweet malty as is the taste. Not much depth.

Clear gold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts bring a very modest sweetness. Pretty tangy dried fruits, on the road to becoming sour. Some grainy malt on the dry finish. Yeah - the box this one ticks for me is appearance.

Bottle. 4%. Creamy lightbrown good mostly deminishing head. Dark brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Cociolate and oyster notes. Average light bitter bready finish. Oily palate.
