Bottle. Bier Huis Ossett. Birthday gift from the missus. Hazed gold (bottle conditioned with a fair bit of trub). Very decent lasting white foam. Looks well. Light fresh grain and light notes of pineapple skin and lime. Decent crisp bitterness throughout. Clean dry finish. Nice golde.

330ml bottle from under a windmill in Heckington - murky teak body, quickly fading tan head. Big notes of plums, prunes, and boozy Soreen. Lots of acid-reflux inducing warmth, aftertaste of figs and dark cake fruit. Really good, potentially dangerous.
