Can (1/23/21? 11/23/21?--date is off-center but probably the latter given the previous rating) pour from Beer and Wine Nation. It's an opaque dark brown with light sparkle, finger-width beige foamy head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is mix of bourbon, sweet and roasted malts, vanilla, chocolate and hint of coffee, all moderate to subdued. Taste is strong roasted coffee, malt, baker's chocolate, vanilla with subtle bourbon notes in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, was pleased the coffee was still there after 10 months. Good complexity though nothing was terribly strong, including the bourbon, and while that was a bit disappointing I'd rather have that than it be overpowering. A bit too carbonated but WF's best offering to date.

Draft at some fancy restaurant in Ogunquit. Paired perfect with fresh oysters by the sea. Gold pour. Nose is grassy and herbal. Tastes of floral hops, peppery, some grass and yeast. Lively enough.

Can shared in NH. Pours clear yellow with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, some grainy pale bread, a bit of pithy citrus, lemon rind, malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, some pine needles, bready pale malts. So so.

4 pack, canned within a month of drinking, October 2021. Heavily hazy, pale-bronze-golden with a rapidly-falling, white head. Nose is chalk full of juicy, unadulterated hoppiness. No weird yeast or centrifuge-induced oxidation. Malts are light and crackery but add substance, as well. Juicy and with a deep, woodsy/herbal, almost sprucey spiciness with pine, light dank notes and soft citrus. Some mild white wine shows forth from the most Galaxy character I've seen in an NA IPA. Maybe the best NA IPA I've had, though I'd have to try it side-by-side with Untitled Art's Juicy and a freshly canned can of Athletic Free Wave, to be sure.

Taster pour on tap at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's a lightly hazy light brown with sparkle clinging to the edges of the glass and finger-width white foamy head. Aroma is vague fruit and pine with background malt. Taste is more malt dominant than aroma. Grainy, bready malt over hop presence. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Overall, very little hop presence. A bit disappointing.
