Can to becher glass.
Appearance: faded red/almost brown color with a finger and a half's worth of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to earthy hops up front over a nice caramel/toffee malt base then some roasty nuts and toast roams in for a sly balance
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior noted aromas; finishes nutty, caramel-like and some piney hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but some hop assertiveness
Overall: I say a nicely done red ale worthy of coming back to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: good roasty tones, earthy sweet and earthy bitter tones, black coffee, an ever so slight tone of ash and a little bit of dark chocolate
Flavor: starts bitter but seems to bring in a nice roasty tone and then a mild sweetness all from the prior noted aromas; finishes earthy, semi-nutty and a little bit of black coffee
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also some roasty abrasiveness but a nice version of the abrasiveness
Overall: I like this dark lager, twas very enjoyable and would welcome it again.

Appearance: murky pale yellow to milky orange color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: danky/earthy quality, slight citrusy hop tones, subtle white grapes and some grassy to semi-piney like hoppiness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to semi-danky oily quality; finishes grassy, danky and earthy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, nice low carb, good smoothness, some bitterness assertiveness but not too much
Overall: pretty good NEIPA worthy of coming back to.

4 pack of undated cans, drunk over some months, last one on 12/2/25. As pictured.
A bit tangy/twangy, but noticeably hoppy, which is a big deal for an NA. Not just old, tired, watery, vague hops either. Very fruity, apple-like character suggests yeast, I guess. Cracker malts with a touch of dough and honey. Nothing weird going on, but it certainly smells like an NA.
One of the better bodies on an NA. Still on the lighter side, but not thin. There's some chew to it, almost some honey-like sweetness (not quite). Fruity hops with pepper and apple give a pretty old school APA-like quality, but that's fine; I'm just glad it's not thin and stale-tasting.
As with all my N/A ratings, they are very much to-style, vs other N/A beers. I am not suggesting this compares to other 8.0 actual beers.

Brewery draught, 10/5/25.
Almost clear, bright auburn-cherry. Small, white head.
Mild grapefruit, light peach and some hints of caramel and bread. Clean with light peppery spice on the finish.
Chewy with white bread and hints of caramel leading to mild orange and tangerine notes. Some pepper and more mixed citrus on the finish. Clean and malty with a classic APA-like feel to it, despite them calling it a WC IPA.

Brewery draught, 10/5/25.
Moderately hazy, deeper bronze-peach. Small, neat, white head.
Light juiciness with kumquat, mango and peach drying out through Galaxy-like pine/spruce/earth. Good mix of white bread softness/sweetness and biscuit-like crustiness, with good attenuation. Fruity and zesty but also displaying great malt quality, with an all-around balance and ease of drinking.

Brewery draught, 10/5/25.
Clear, bright, flaxen-golden. Medium-sized, pretty well-retained, white head.
Bright and hoppy with fresh herb and zesty pepper. Malts show moderate toast and a good deal of white bread to balance. Clean.
Malty and hoppy with a zesty bitterness. Slightly above average hop character with good base malt and a bit more toastiness than the style calls for, but certainly far from excessive. There's a slight, slight off-note towards the end, not sure what it is. Other than that, the texture, hops and base malt are all done very well here.

Pours just about brilliant medium gold in color with a thin bubbly white head that persists. Rich bready crackery malt with bits of earth and spice with a touch of fruitiness. Nice Kolsch.
