Draught @ the brewery (Nov 2023). Hazy dark orange with a very small frothy off-white head that disappears fast, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter piney taste with citrus flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Quite bitter, doesn't taste much like a hazy IPA despite it's appearance.

Draught @ the brewery (October 2023). Pours clear dark amber with a foamy beige head, roasted malt aroma, bitter roasted malt taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Nice brew, though on the bitter side.

12 oz. can. Unfortunately, as soon as I popped the tab, I got a gusher of foam all over my workspace. Once I got sponged off, , I smelled a light apple cider nose with a bit of alcohol to it. And just a bit of the usual sulfites found in many canned ciders. It is a nice pink rosé or blush color. Carbonation is kind of high at the first sip. I'm thinking there might have been a secondary fermentation in the can, but there's no yeast clouds here. After I let the pour settle down, I got more of the light red apple cider impression, with just a bit of cherry added on. This is not overly done with adjunct juices. Instead it stays dry and, of course, fizzy, like an asti version of a blush wine. That dryness can also run into some tart from the cherry juice.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy resinous hops, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of strawberry pulp, light tropical fruit, light milky notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, tropical fruit, light banana esters, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A dark purple cider with aroma of light plum pulp and light butter. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity plum mix with sweet apple jam, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at cidery.
