Description
It is as simple as that… The Perez Brothers used these steps to start Highpoint Cider. Once upon a time in 2018, Alex was living in Jackson, WY. He noticed a lack of local craft ciders. At that time cider was becoming a popular industry on the east coast. Alex’s business background led him to the idea of creating hard cider company. He thought who better to start it with than his biochemist brother Andrew. Before they had brewed their first batch of cider, they quit their jobs and dedicated themselves to starting the company. A few years, some late nights, a destroyed kitchen and living room, and over 200 trial batches of cider later, Highpoint opened its taproom doors in April 2021 with the best damn cider in the Tetons.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Very pale golden, a few bubbles. Aroma is apples and lemons. Flavor is apples, through and through, mild tartness. Tastes really, really fresh.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Cloudy straw colored pour, flat. Spicy, savory aroma, ginger, cinnamon. Taste brings vanilla, sweet notes, apples remain in the background. Tingly palate.

16oz can pours out hazy straw topped with a small head. Nose is big spice ginger cinnamon some apple. Taste is more of the big ginger cinnamon apple. Not a fan.

From a pint can. Pours a clear pale gold with a scant head. Aromas of apple ginger crisp. Flavors are sweet apple and ginger spice.

From a 16 oz can purchased at the cidery. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a scant white head. Aromas of golden delicious apples. Flavors are slightly sweet apple with a touch of ginger spiciness.
