Pint can from Press. Under-filled & it collapsed a little but I don't see a leak anywhere. The tab presses in with ease though. Bottoms up! Mojito glass @home. Clear, pale gold, unintentionally flat. Industrial perfume-y, honey, wax, sweet herbs, pith. Taste is dry, honey-floral, earthy-sweet. Initial bittersweet dessert pear is followed by lots of fun, sharp & rindy flavors that come off a little like my own custom bitters. Nicely astringent, something I usually don't get from a perry. Low to meddling tartness. Not sweet, but think white wine infused with herbs. Like the way Eden does their botanical apple aperitifs. This is just fine being acidic, thin & flat. Really well filtered, no D'Angou grit. Tongue is a bit numb like I'm allergic to something. Error or whatnot, this was good. I reserve the right to get sick later.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Ballard, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, light oak, and crisp apple skins in good cohesion. Flavour has a complex yeast presence, with wild yeast, crisp apple like, and just a hint of residual sweetness. Love the wild heart here. Low residual sugars and a nice buggy, oaky finish. Excellent.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Ballard, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is subtle, with fuzzy pear skins and a hint of oak. Flavour is gently sweet, with pear skins, sugars, and light oak. Lots of pear skins but not a particularly complex yeast profile.

16 oz can. Really tasty cider with lots of tart apple, and very modest berry flavor in the background. Long lingering, semi tart apple flavor. Extremely refreshing cider. Lasting apple juicy character. Delicioius.

On tap at Bale Breaker / Yonder Cider Ballard, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out caramel apple, butterscotch and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of butterscotch, caramel, light wild yeast, and some apple skins. Nicely blended and not much notice from the barrels. Good stuff.

On tap at Bale Breaker / Yonder Cider Ballard, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle funk and wild yeast, and a touch of apple skins. Flavour is gently tart, with apple skins, and a touch of wild yeast. Gently tart and lightly wild, with a clean finish. Solid.

Flavour has some meadow floral notes and miscellaneous spices. Flavour is much the same, with floral notes and spices. Moderately sweet, floral, and spicy finish. Alright.

On tap at Bale Breaker / Yonder, pours a cloudy dark amber, no head. Aroma brings ours lots of clove, cinnamon and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dominated by the clove, followed by cinnamon and gentle tart apple skins. So much clove. Yum.
