Oh damn....that's...that's just sublime. HUGE mineral with just an ever-so-slight touch of sulfur mixing with funky, berry and spice from the hop. Man, Comet is such a fantastic hop; it's crazy it's not used more widely. There's an afterthought of pineapple essence, perhaps from the Strata, but it looks like they took it easy on that. Just mineral for days with honey-laced cracker-like malts in support.
Lives up to the nose with a flawless blend of rich, honey-like malt that dries out on the finish with light cracker/biscuit. Crisp and well-bittered but not too much so, with mild spice, but no real herb, which is impressive. Yellow fruits and lingering mineral. Incredibly well-balanced at this point (looks like it was just a bit sharp when young) and, it seems to go without saying from Bizarre, an absolute ton of flavor for its size.

These guys really need to get together with Schilling....

The can lost pressure in transit from Tavour (but the leak must have been on the top, as no liquid leaked). No sound upon opening it, but to my delight, the beer is still amply, amply carbonated. That would absolutely not have happened if this wasn't spunded.
Chocolatey-earthy-fruity goodness shows tastefully low roasted character with a good milk chocolate-like character and fruity, English yeast. An afterthought of grassy hops and quite clean and polished overall.
Soft and malty with rich, varied flavors from nuts to toast to chocolate and even a bit of licorice and marzipan. Fruity yeast, but it's neither overroasted nor a glass full of raisin/fig/prune. Every bit as much deep malt texture as you'd like, with a pleasing sweetness, then drying out with cocoa, grassy hop bitterness and a mix of toast and dark chocolate. Never gets too sweet or acidic. Superb balance and incredible drinkability as usual, from Bizarre.

For as many adjuncts as they've put in this, it doesn't smell overdone, and yet you can still smell the various adjuncts mixing with the random malts, with even a levity from the darkness provided by the light, fresh herbal hop character. Clean and with a moderate fruitiness that further keeps it from feeling bogged down in dark malts and spice.
Soft, rich body complements of the oat. They help soak up the acidity from the spice and you're left feeling very mild clove, mild-to-moderate ginger and soft, savory vanilla. Low, but ample roast, with a kiss of hops that somehow work well here. Excellent richness and depth while still retaining a fruitiness, reasonable attenuation and high drinkability. These guys can not be stopped!

Well that sure smells insane to me...intense, honey-like maltiness with excellent dry, woody smoke. No bacon here, per the style, and the smoke doesn't dominate, but adds great aromatics and complexity, as mildly floral/herbal hops and a lemony acidity help balance. Clean and lush.
Rich and malty with dry, crusty, chewy wheat and a lovely, not-overdone smokiness that shows the dry wood character. Very carbonated at first but it makes it incredibly refreshing and the malt body, which is very, very well-done for such a low gravity, holds up nicely. Nicely balanced, integrated flavors with a bit of everything contributing here. Incredibly drinkable and flavorful.

Smells like a crystale; lots of fruity yeast, slight toffee, slight vanilla, raisin and such. Obviously being roughly 1/3 the abv, it doesnt have the richness of malt of the real thing, but it still has a pleasing, highly aromatic character with even some hoppiness thrown in (fresh herb and some earthiness).
Soft and malty in the mouth without much toast. Some light sourdough, I guess, followed by rich caramel/toffee/vanilla. Per usual from Bizarre, a whole hell of a lot of flavor for its size. The low abv also lets the yeast and hop shine through more, as it's not so malt-focused. Really well-done stuff.
